First Chapter of techniques:
[OT1] Energy Attack
Gemikai summons energy to whatever body part that he's about to attack with and it forms a turquoise aura around it as he creates an explosive physical attack, infused with ki for extra damage.
[DT1] Safe Haven
Gemikai creates an energy barrier that protects him and anyone inside it from melee and energy attacks.
[ST1] Flight
The ability to use one's energy to fly, whether organic or not.
[ST1] Ki Sense
The ability to detect other energy signatures, within a small radius.
[ST1] Ki Control
Gemikai can control his ki to raise and lower it as needed. This allows him to hide from others with ki sense to some degree or power up to his max power level. This does not allow him to make himself stronger than he actually is.
[ST1] Keen Senses
Gemikai is able to sense the energy or magical prowess of others, unless they are suppressed or lack a signature of energy.

Applying: [DT1] Shield Eyes Gemikai gathers ki in his eyes before shooting two thin beams of ki, this beam is a defensive power that creates a barrier to protect most of his body. It's faster than usual perfect for point blank range attacks.
[OT1]Force Cannon Force Cannon is a technique where Gemikai uses his ki with a pushing motion to create a shockwave forward that can not just strike at the opponent, but also knock them back to create space with opponents. This is usually an energy pulse of blunt clear pressure.
[ST1] Demon Illusion Magick Gemikai uses the demon magic he learnt from his advisor to cast subtle illusions to trick and confuse his opponent. They may look, sound and smell realistic but the illusions cannot trick a person’s sense of touch or their Ki sense (the Illusions also only last one turn and affect one person.)
[ST1] After-Image Strike Gemikai moves around at a high speed, which allows him to create a maximum of 3 after images of himself to confuse his enemy and create openings in their defense.
[OT1] Finger Rounds Gemikai condenses his ki into two small bullets that have the same size and shape as a bullet meant for a regular 9mm pistol. The Ki bullets are then fired from his finger. The Ki bullets are so small, they travel at remarkable speeds and can be hard to see from a distance. [Energy]
[OT1] Cosmic Wave Gemikai gathers spirit energy and magic energy and with either hand unleash a wave of turquoise-colored energy with sparkles capable of excellent beam energetic damage. [Energy]

[DT1] Deflect
Gemikai uses either hand with ki and timing to reflect energetic attacks at him. Can only deflect energy left or right. No physical or elemental changes during this technique.
[DT2] Deflect: Expert Counter
Gemikai has trained and seasoned his deflection to greater heights. The deflection technique can send attacks directly back forward and/or towards the sender. Can also be used to counter incoming physical attacks with powerful counter attack. The forearm glows a red energy when in this improved state.
The reason why I'm denying this is because we essentially have a free version of a deflect. You can deflect attack so long as you can match the power of the incoming attack and put in the resources. The second stage also wouldn't work mechanically simply because you have to put out energy to dish out damage. SO it would cost X amount of energy to deflect and X amount of energy to do damage.
If you truly wanted a deflect to work to cause damage, you could make it an offensive technique. It would scale to your own power level output and you could use a basic deflect to initiate it. Though in this case it wouldn't mimic a techniques traits.
[DT1] Dodge
Gemikai has always had faster than average reflexes, and is quite shifty, allowing him to instinctively dodge oncoming threats.
I'm denying this one because we've already got a basic dodge that you can already do.
Which is essentially a [DT3] Version!
If you want to build off of these and branch out in a different way, we can discuss to set you on the right track!
Not trying to limit you here, just trying to save you TP and guide you in the right direction!

My attempt to revise below:
[OT1] Aggressive Deflect An offensive attack in the form of a counter deflect. Initiated through a basic deflect action Gemikai can deflect energy back adding power to the throwback. 1%-33% Scale Usage. It would scale to your own power level output and you could use a basic deflect to initiate it. It doesn't mimic a techniques traits.

I shall approve it, though I do wish to make this clear before you learn it.
This technique is going to be less practical than most. You will be spending energy to deflect the attack (if you're capable)
and spending energy to use the attack. While really awesome in concept, it does have its downsides. None of the incoming damage would be converted and you'd only deflect if you could match the damage defensively.

When using an extra TP for a master technique, it shall only reduce the required word count by half.
You shall still need to do the writing per week and half the word count to officially learn the technique on your last week. Please record the 2 TP there.
For now, Finger rounds and Shield eyes are good to go.

The next stage of this defensive magic. Gemikai creates an energy barrier that protects him and anyone inside it from melee and energy attacks. This shield is far stronger than the first version.
[OT1] Beat Down
Gem uses his superior training to perform a flurry of fast and smooth attacks. The philosophy of Jeet Kune Do is to be adaptable like water, and this philosophy is evident in his movements because they flow together effortlessly and seem to constantly change to adapt to new circumstances and opponents.
[ST2] Ki Sense: Next Level Sensory
The ability to detect other energy signatures, within a greater radius & detail than previous technique.
